Design for Drexel University’s Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine (ELAM) first viewbook for this leadership development initiative. ELAM is a nationally recognized program focused on advancing faculty into senior academic leadership roles as executives and change agents.
The viewbook was created to support recruitment by highlighting the program’s impact, outcomes, and community of leaders. As part of our work in higher education and institutional publication design, we developed a highly visual, concept-driven approach that balances clarity with bold storytelling to reflect the strength and ambition of the program.
The result is a dynamic recruitment publication that celebrates ELAM’s successes while inspiring future applicants to join its leadership network.
